HOUSEWARMING PARTY

I just did my own housewarming party last Saturday & I really had a blast! The theme was Red,White & Black Polka Dots. So as you can see from the pictures below, I made sure almost everything was in the color theme. The flower pom poms were the main decor for the party. Fyi I'm also selling these pom poms (you can check it out at my party shop page here) at RM20 each & best of all you can choose whatever color that you desire..even glittered pom poms to add that extra bling to your party=). The letter banner, cupcake toppers, food tags, welcome note & thank you note were all in red, white & black. As for the dining table, I wanted the cupcake stand to be the main attraction so I piled 2 boxes together & attached a polka dot ribbon with a white paper flower to make it stand out a little. The big candy jars were filled with oreos, marshmallows, candy canes & assorted chocolates to satisfy my party guests' sugar cravings. Some of my guests were even hesitant to savour the dishes coz they said it was too cute & pretty to eat!

My customized cupcake toppers. I made 3 different designs to add more color to the cupcake stand.

I decorated these candy jars with polka dot ribbons & customized tags & filled them with assorted chocolates & candies..pretty close to the color theme=)

I also added smaller pom poms to my cutleries container & cake stand to bring out the red on the  table. Instead of using standard photo frames, I used wooden easels to place my welcome note & thank you note & I decorated it with party masks to make it look more interesting.

Simple finger food & alphabet cookies as party favors for my guests~
